Privacy Policy · Effective September 2026
What we collect when you visit lacour.law or send us a message, how we use it, and the choices you have. Written to be read, not skimmed.
This website is operated by LaCour Trial Lawyers, the class-action practice of Employees First Labor Law, P.C., 1 S. Fair Oaks Ave., Suite 200, Pasadena, CA 91105. Questions about this policy can be directed to that address or to (310) 853-3461.
If you send the case-review form, we receive what you type: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the event you selected, your description of what happened, your language preference, and your consent to be contacted. The form is delivered to us by a third-party form-processing service, which stores the submission so we can retrieve it.
When you visit any page, our web host records standard server logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed and the time of your visit. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also records anonymized information about how the site is used. Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files load.
We use form submissions to evaluate whether we can help you, to contact you about your inquiry by the methods you agreed to, and, if you become a client, to represent you. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the firm and the service providers that make the site and our intake work, except as the law requires.
The site sets one cookie of its own: a record of whether you accepted or declined analytics, stored in your browser so we do not ask you again. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, or by contacting us.
Sending a message through this site does not make you our client and does not create an attorney–client relationship. Please do not include anything you consider privileged until we have spoken and agreed to represent you. Information you send before that point is treated as confidential to the extent the law allows.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
